Buses to/from Craiglinn Interchange
There is a bus stop known as Craiglinn Interchange (or Craiglinn Roundabout) which is a 6 minute walk from the stadium.
There are also frequent bus links, mostly operated by First Glasgow (external link), to Craiglinn from Glasgow Buchanan Bus station (via Moodiesburn). Journey time is @ 35 mins from Glasgow.The service numbers to look out for are X2 & X3 Theres also the slower 36 , however, from 8th October 2006 the 36 only starts going to/from Craiglinn in the evening. The 36 takes @ 45-60 minutes.These buses also extend to Cumbernauld area, including the town centre & Abronhill & Carrickstone. See the index below.
Theres a limited bus service (47 operated by Henderson Travel) linking Milngavie, Torrance, Kirkintilloch & Airdrie with Craiglinn & Cumbernauld town centre. See index below
There is also a frequent local bus-link (43, 147 or 403 operated by Canavan Coaches, Henderson Travel & Jay Coach Travel respectively) from Croy Train Station to Craiglinn. The 43 runs every 20 minutes & costs 80p for a single journey. The 147 & 403 are infrequent & usually only run in the evening or Sundays. The Bus Stop from the Rail station is located across the road that the bridge is on. It does not operate from the station car park.
First Glasgow have an All Day (FirstDay) return ticket for £3.20. You can use it on any of their buses in Glasgow city centre & surrounding area (e.g. Paisley, Easterhouse, Motherwell, Hamilton, Clydebank)as far as Cumbernauld & Craiglinn.
